Services
Whether you’re new to therapy or have tried it before, it’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed by the whole process. But don’t worry! Just by reaching out and being here, you’ve already taken a big step towards healing.
Therapy is truly a special experience because it offers a level of emotional intimacy that is hard to find elsewhere. It gives you the chance to open up and share things you may have never shared with anyone else, which can be quite unsettling.
However, please know that at FORU, we strive to create a safe, positive, and welcoming space. We look forward to hearing from you.
About Us
ForU Therapy is a pioneering telehealth mental health service designed to meet the unique needs of professionals in the entertainment industry. With a team of experienced, licensed therapists, FORU Therapy provides support for artists, musicians, athletes, creators, managers, and more, committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and fostering a culture of well-being within the industry. Founded by Melissa V. Rodriguez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to fostering hope in every individual through a nurturing environment built on trust, genuineness, and empathy. We firmly believe that therapy is essential for all, irrespective of mental health status, race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
“It’s important for my clients to know that there are good people in the world that truly and genuinely want to see them better themselves. It’s my job as a therapist to provide a safe place and the necessary skills to help them grow and flourish in areas that need support and guidance,” Rodriguez says.
